Where is Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital located?
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is conveniently located just one mile west of I-270 in Creve Coeur, Missouri — a west county suburb of St. Louis. Access into the hospital and medical office buildings is easy and all parking is free. Do you have a gift shop?
While we don’t have an onsite gift shop or store, there are several nearby. You can find a list of shops on the Visitor Information page as well as information about how to send flowers and gifts to a patient.
When can I visit a patient?
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital allows patients to have visitors at any time. Family, friends, significant others and other important people are always welcome. Children are also welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please be respectful of all of our patients as they heal. The hours are 10 p.m.-4 a.m. are considered “quiet time” and visitors must behave accordingly.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my hospital bill?

How do I access my medical imaging records?
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital and all BJC hospitals — including Washington University physicians — use one patient portal, MyChart. MyChart enables you to securely manage and receive information about your health. To access and for more information visit: MyPatientChart.org
