Overview
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency room services. Visitors are welcome at any time, but to be respectful of all patients in their time of healing the hours between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. are considered "quiet time" and visitors must behave accordingly.
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is a tobacco-free campus. This includes areas inside and outside the hospital including parking logs and medical office buildings.
Hospital Entrance
All patients and visitors will enter the hospital through the main entrance, located on the north side facing Olive Boulevard. There is free parking on surface lots.
The hospital main entrance closes at 9 p.m. nightly. After 9 p.m., use the emergency room entrance.
Concierge
Concierge team members can help patients and caregivers navigate the hospital and medical campus. There is a concierge desk on the main level of the hospital near the front entrance and café. If you need further assistance, call 314.996.8000 to speak with a hospital operator.
